Congratulations on the successful submission of your app to the Battle of the Apps contest. Your app is one of 36 apps that are entered in the contest and you have an excellent chance of becoming crowned KickApps Champion!
If you have not already done so, the next most important thing you will need to do is submit your app to the Infusionsoft Marketplace. The app must be submitted to the Marketplace as the same version and identical to the app that you submitted to the contest. We will need you to do this quickly as we have an internal process that we will adhere to in order to approve your app in the Marketplace. All apps must be approved in the Marketplace by Infusionsoft by January 31, 2013 according to Rule 4:
4. When you submit your entry, you must make it available for free to our judges. It does not need to be publicly available at time of submission, but there must be a way for us to evaluate it using accounts on the production Infusionsoft service. Your entry, exactly as submitted to the contest, must be available to the public and listed in the Infusionsoft Marketplace by January 31, 2013.
Please do not wait until January 31, 2013 to submit to the Marketplace. We will not have time to approve your app if you submit on January 31, 2013. Once your app has been submitted to our Marketplace and reviewed and approved by Infusionsoft your app will be listed and live in our Marketplace, so the sooner you submit, the sooner Customers can actually start using your app! Please do not delay. Please submit your app to the Infusionsoft Marketplace immediately. You will find information here on how to do that.
Additionally, on or about January 15, 2013, all submissions will be made public on the Battle of The Apps contest site. This is a necessary step in order for judging to begin.
Lastly, due to confusion that arose with respect to the actual timezone that the contest ended in on December 31, 2012, Infusionsoft allowed two entries to be submitted after the deadline date. The submitters of the applications were in contact with me on December 31, 2012, however we were unable to reopen the submission site that evening. We worked with ChallengePost this past week to allow the submission of the final two apps. Any question regarding this should be directed to Infusionsoft, Brian Kappus, Program Manager Technology Partners at Brian.Kappus@infusionsoft.com.
We are appreciative of your hard work and thrilled that you have an opportunity to be crowned KickApps Champion!
